Monica recruits, orients, and develops unit administrative leaders and provides interim management and oversight of all administrative, operational, and staff management activities during administrative leadership transitions. She supports the performance management process, implements the salary increase and bonus program for unit administrative leaders, and manages new and ongoing administrative operations Division-wide. She partners with FAS HR on supporting Dean’s Office HR needs, and provides operational support for the Division’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) initiatives.
