Kate acts as primary support for the Divisional Dean, providing executive assistance and serving as the initial and main point of contact with internal and external parties. Kate coordinates all of the dean’s decanal, scholarly, and external commitments. They work closely with the Admin Dean and Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs as well as the rest of the Divisional team to ensure the overall smooth functioning of the Divisional office and execution of the Dean’s priorities; they also oversee the support activities of a half-time Faculty Assistant in the Dean’s home department.
